Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping & Handling:
All domestic orders include free shipping and handling. -
Packaging:
All prints are carefully shipped in durable tubes to preserve the quality and integrity of the artwork. Prints are never folded unless specifically requested by the customer at checkout. -
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. -
Delivery Time:
Standard U.S. delivery ranges from 3 to 10 business days depending on location and carrier performance.
International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by their country’s regulations. -
Delivery Time:
International delivery may vary from 10 to 30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Tracking & Delivery Issues

A tracking number will be provided for all shipments via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

No delivery penalties will be applied for extended shipping times.

Limit of 25 prints per customer per month applies to all purchases.

First-time buyers receive a complimentary 3.5in x 2in sticker of their selected print.

No Return Policy

At The Darriel Brand Corporation, your satisfaction and trust matter deeply to us. While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality and care that go into every piece we produce and ship.
Our Policy: No Returns, No Refunds
Due to the custom, limited-edition, and artistic nature of our prints, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
However, we want our customers and collectors to feel confident and valued. If an issue arises, we are here to make it right within the scope of the following policy.
Exchange Policy for Damages or Adjustments
We will honor an exchange in the following cases:

Shipping Damage:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include detailed photographs of the damage and packaging. Once approved, we will process a one-time exchange of the same item or equivalent value. -
Purchase Adjustments:
If a change to your order is needed before shipping, such as an update in print size or alternate selection, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Pre-Shipment Quality Assurance
To reinforce your confidence in buying from us, each artwork undergoes a detailed inspection before shipment. Customers will receive a personalized Appreciation Letter of Inspection verifying the condition and authenticity of the print before it is packaged.
